Owners agree to provide truthful and accurate information when registering for an account and when adding yacht listings. Any false, misleading or solely promotional listings will be subject to immediate removal.
Charter Agreements
Owners should process each yacht charter lead they receive from YachtsCharterMallorca.com in a timely and professional manner. Although the Service can't be held liable for any damage incurred before, during or after the charter booking has been delivered, maximum effort will be spent to help the Client address their concerns about any Owner they have done transactions with.
